Top 5 Paid Games on Android in Norway: Q1 2022

During the first quarter of 2022, the top 5 paid games on the Android platform in Norway demonstrated varied performance in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.

Geometry Dash Lite saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting at 595 and ending the quarter at 701. Its active user base also grew from 8.2K to 8.5K over the same period.

Minecraft maintained a strong presence with weekly revenue peaking at $5.1K in late December before stabilizing around $2.9K by the end of March. The game’s weekly downloads showed a slight decline, starting from 605 and ending at 438, while its active users remained strong throughout, fluctuating around 55K.

Goat Simulator had a mixed performance. Weekly revenue saw a peak at $60 in late January but dropped to single digits by the end of the quarter. Downloads and active users showed a downward trend, with downloads falling from 1.7K to 75 and active users decreasing from 2.6K to 345.

Bloons TD 6 experienced a decline in weekly revenue from $1.4K to $563. Downloads remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 200 and 300, while active users hovered around 3K throughout the quarter.

Vector saw a significant increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 611 in late February before settling at 198 by the end of March. Revenue also saw a peak in late March at $46. The game's active user count rose dramatically from 166 to 912 at its peak, before stabilizing around 383 by the end of the quarter.
